The Human Rights Victims Claims Board (HRVCB) together with officials of the Landbank of the Philippines (Landbank) is set to distribute cash cards to claimants included in the list of the first 4,000 eligible claimants who are residents of Region 11. The distribution of Cash Cards will be held at CAP Auditorium, Davao City on 13 May 2017, starting at 9:00 in the morning.
Posted hereunder is the partial list of 450 claimants residing in Region 11 who will receive LANDBANK Cash Cards.
Beginning 12 May 2017, the list of eligible claimants in Luzon, Visayas and Regions 9, 10, 12, CARAGA and ARMM shall be posted by batches based on the finality of the decisions on their claims.
The posting will include the LANDBANK servicing branches where they can claim the cash cards, and the dates when their monetary reparation will be credited to their respective cash cards.
The Human Rights Victims’ Claims Board (HRVCB) released the names of 4,000 approved claims for human rights violations during the martial law period. The names are contained in the preliminary list of eligible claimants posted by the Board in its website, www.hrvclaimsboard.gov.ph, and its Facebook account. The list consists of conclusively presumed victims and new applicants.
